100% agreed with this. In fact, as I said in my own article about community management, you have to be willing to get rid of terrible people, regardless of how much ‘smarter’ or ‘better’ they may seem than everyone else. No one is ‘irreplaceable’ at a company or in a community. In fact, their presence may be what’s stopping you getting better employees or members. Because they’re scared off by someone that thinks everyone else in the world is inferior to them.
